„EnBW BALTIC 2“: 

• Engaged in the following project phases: procurement, design, fabrication, installation, documentation
• Preparation of fabrication (welding and corrosion protection)
• Interface management with subcontractors, designers, client, certifying body and Third-party-inspection including organisation of meetings
• Ensuring quality levels of documentation
• Fabrication surveillance of monopoles

Technical project management for Alstom Boiler Deutschland in the powerplant projects „Kraftwerk Ledvice“, „KW Mannheim“,  „KW Sostanj“

• Engaged in the following project phases: Structural analysis, fabrication, installation
• Check of static calculation for basic and detailed engineering
• Interface management with designers and subcontractors
• Ensuring quality levels of documentation
• Surveillance and check of work of internal draughtsmen and engineers
• Check of timeschedules and identifying risks
• Technical evaluation of claims
• Preparation of the fabrication of the secondary steel
